Short Term Target (10 years)
Every Durban resident understands his/her roles and responsibility as a citizen committed to building our city.
Medium Term Target (20 years)
Tolerance and mutual respect becomes a way of life.
Long Term Target (50 years)
The spirit of ubuntu has been re-integrated back into the social fabric of Durban
